  • Banquet 6:00 p.m.

Grad Account Balance- approx. $ 2,900

Budget

Handout Grad Invitations- up to 10 per Graduate

Banquet Tickets-

                                        Cost - $ 30.00 per ticket ( Age: 11-Adult )

                                         4yrs-10yrs- $15.00

     3 &Under- No Charge

  • Tickets on sale starting the last week of August and are only     available until September 14th, 2015!* Each Grad will be given TWO free Banquet Ticket paid for by fundraising.

  • Post dated no later than September 14th, 2015

Time – 1:45 p.m. Arrive 15 min’s early.

Group Photo will be taken by Lifetouch Canada- Each Grad will receive one free 8x10.

Set up for Ceremony & Procedures

Grads-

Time to arrive at the Memorial Centre- 2:45 p.m. inside the North Main Entrance Doors- towards the stairs. At that time, Graduates will be lined up with their escorts in the order they will be sitting on stage.

Reserved Tables are only available for Grads, Dignitaries and any Family with Guests who have purchased Banquet tickets. Please arrive early to see where you will be sitting.

* If special seating arrangements need to be made, please see Mrs. Shapka before September 14th. There are NO high chairs or booster seats available, please supply your own if bringing small children.

All other invited Guests NOT attending the Banquet will be seated at the back of the hall in rows of chairs. (These seats are on a first come basis.)

*Parents will be called up at the end of the Ceremony to escort their child off the stage and out the North Side Entrance of Banquet Room. (It will be the entrance with the White Arch Way in front of it).

Banquet Procedures

Time and Place -6:00 p.m. at the Lacombe Memorial Centre- 5214 -50 Avenue Lacombe, AB

Graduates will sit with their families or Head Table?

Reserved tables for families- look for your families name on the place cards at each table.

A diagram of the Banquet table arrangements will be available before the Ceremony- See Mrs. Shapka for viewing it.

Graduation Requirements

Grad Requirements- Gr. 12’s will not be able to participate in the Graduation Ceremonies, if they have not completed the necessary requirements-ex. Certificate of Achievement or High School Diploma.

All unpaid school fees must be paid in full, in order to participate in the Ceremony and Banquet.

Diploma marks will be in by August 24th- states Alberta Learning.

See Mrs. Helen Olson (School Secretary) for marks verification, if you have not received them in the mail by then.

Other

Cap and Gowns photos have all be distributed to the Gr. 12 class. Ordering of photos is totally done by individual families at your convenience. Please see ordering instructions provided with your proofs.
