Rules

• You must register if you make a bid - see the next page
• Please ADD your bid via the comment button with your name and your bid amount 
• Please do not resolve any comments as this will hinder the online bidding process 
• All bids will go final at 12:00 PM on December 1, 2023
• Winners will be contacted on December 1, 2023
• Cheques can be made payable to Wolf Creek Public Schools or pay cash or debit at the office

Registration

• Please click on the following link to register for the online auction 
• The link is private & will collect your email address and phone number so you can be contacted
• All bids will close on December 5 at 12:00 PM

We would like to thank all the community members who have donated to our online auction and appreciate all of the bids that have come in so far. We are aware that if you do not have a google account you cannot access the slides and thus bid on any items. Because of this, we are going to extend the online auction until next Friday (December 1) at 12:00 PM and we encourage people to continue bidding on our auction items.  

To bypass the problem of not having a google account we have come up with the following solutions:  

1st- Call the school and tell Helen which lot number you would like to bid on and how much and we will place the bid for you

2nd- Email the school with the lot number and bid amount and we will update the bid for you (alix@wolfcreek.ab.ca)

3rd- Come into the school and login to a school kiosk chromebook to access the online auction

4th- Message on Facebook the lot number and bid amount and we will update the bid  

To access the most recent bid from your Iphone/Phone you need to do the following steps: 

1st- Open the online auction from facebook (click on the post) 

2nd- Click three dots (...) and click on open system browser (Iphone) or open in external browser (android) 

3rd- Select online acution item which will bring up view comment (arrow), add comment, or view details 

4th- Select view details and click view comment 

5th- Swipe to the highest bid (ensure that you are on the appropriate item) 6th- Add new comment to add a bid
