We are excited to invite you to our Alix-MAC Meet the Staff BBQ and Silent Auction on Wednesday, September 24, from

4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. This event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with our school community, meet our staff, and

enjoy a great evening together.

As part of the evening, we will be hosting a Silent Auction to raise funds in support of school programs and activities that

directly benefit our students. We are seeking donations of auction items from families, community members, and

businesses.

If you are able to donate, please send an email to ryan.birch@wolfcreek.ab.ca and provide the following information:

● Estimated Value

● Name of Donor (Individual or Business)

Donations can be dropped off at the school office during regular hours prior to the event. Your generosity will be

recognized during the Silent Auction, and we are grateful for your support in making this evening a success.

If donating an item isn’t the right fit, there are other ways you can support our school:

● Sponsorship Sign in our Gymnasium: $200 for a new sign or $100 to renew an existing sign. Please see our Sign

Sponsorship Letter for more information.

● Direct Donations: Contributions of any amount are always appreciated and go directly toward supporting our

students.

● Attend the Meet the Staff BBQ and bid on a silent auction item.
