What is Parent Portal?
All schools in Wolf creek Public School Division use parent portal. It is an online tool for parents to view their students' fees for school supplies, hot lunches, field trips, and more. All parents should set up their parent portal accounts so that school supply fees can be paid and field trips and hot lunch orders can be made.
How do I set up my parent portal account?
You can click on the link on our website. Student and Parent Sign In
Once at this screen, please click "Create Account" if you have not made an account already. You will choose your own username and password. The system will ask you to type in your student's name and asks for an Access ID and Password. You will need to receive this information from the school office.
If you already have an account, click on the sign in tab and enter your username and password.
Handy Hints: Do Not Use the Powerschool App - it is not designed for fees access.
Use Safari, Chrome or Internet Explorer. The url to link directly to Powerschool Parent Portal is ps.wolfcreek.ab.ca. It is recommended that you save this link on your browser tab for easy reference in the future if using a mobile device.
How do I pay for school activities?
On the left side of the screen you will see a Navigation list. Click on "Student Fees".
Across the top, click on each student's tab to see student supply fees and any available orders for hot lunch or field trips. You can select items to pay by clicking "Add to Cart".
Once you have made your selections, click "Checkout" at the top of the screen. You will see payment details screen where you can pay by Credit Card, Debit Credit Card or Interac Debit card (depending on which bank you use). Receipts will be emailed upon payment completion.
If you want to check if you have made a payment, click on the Menu button, select Receipts or Statement to view your previous payments.
