BOOKING APRIL 2025 PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS IS NOW OPEN
Parent-teacher interviews are important because they build a partnership between parents and teachers, allowing an understanding of a child's academic and social-emotional development which will help create a supportive learning environment. Please book your appointment to meet with your child's teacher(s) to discuss their progress, challenges and strengths.
Parent teacher interviews will be conducted by in-person or by telephone. The online system allows you to choose a date and time to meet with your child's teacher. If your child has the same teacher for multiple subjects, please only book for one time slot. If you require more time, please arrange this with your child's teacher. Interviews are scheduled for April 9 and 10, 2025 from 3:30 until 6:50 pm. To book, please click on this link School Interviews . If you require the event code, please enter nwtx7
You will need to enter your email, full name, your contact phone number and your child's full name, then select a time you wish to meet. If you need assistance to book a time, please contact the office or your child's teacher to book you into the School Interview program.Please indicate whether you would like an in-person or phone interview for your parent teacher meeting. If you select a phone appointment, please make sure the phone number that you entered is correct. Teacher's will be calling you at that phone number. Make sure you have your phone ready to receive the call from your child's teacher at your appointment time. Phone interviews are 8 minutes only for each student to allow for technical issues. It is vital that parents keep to this schedule and end appointments in a timely manner. If you think you will need more time, discuss this with your child's teacher.
In-person interviews will be held in the teacher's classroom. Check in at the office if you need any help finding the correct classroom. In-person interviews will be 10 minutes. Please keep to the schedule and if you require more time, you can discuss this with your child's teacher. Some students have the same teacher for different classes, again please only book one time slot for your child with that teacher.
